"The connection between the fans and the players is a strong one," Glasner said. "The fans are part of our team, and we can rely on them to give 100% effort every time out."

Glasner also emphasized the importance of the fans' role in the team's success. "We have the same values inside the team that we have with our fans," he said. "That's why we're a successful team."

In addition to the connection with the fans, Glasner also emphasized the importance of enjoying the game and taking pride in one's work. "Life is just better when you're winning in sport!" he said. "Everybody enjoys the last months much more than the beginning of the season. It's just life quality."

Glasner also reminded the players to appreciate the opportunity to live their childhood dream and to enjoy the process of playing football. "Never forget we're all living our childhood dream," he said. "We have respect and appreciation for the things we're doing and for the things we can do."

Glasner is also driving the players to continue improving and striving for more. "There's still enough space to win more trophies, to win more games, and especially... to improve," he said.
