Guehi, an England defender, is currently under contract with Crystal Palace until June.
Palace initially accepted a £35m bid for Guehi in the summer, but ultimately blocked a deadline day transfer to Liverpool.
Guehi is willing to run down his contract and leave Palace next summer when he becomes a free agent.
Liverpool are among several clubs interested in signing Guehi, including Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, and Paris Saint-Germain.
