Rice captained England to a 3-0 win over Wales at Wembley, continuing the team's unbeaten streak under Tuchel.
In a recent interview, Rice revealed that both Arteta and Tuchel have helped him in his new role, which he described as a box-to-box number eight.
Rice explained that Arteta has adjusted his position at Arsenal to give him more freedom to drop deeper and get into the box when possible, while Tuchel has also given him a similar role with England.
"I have two managers who lay out the game plan clearly, telling me what I need to do and where I need to be," Rice said.
"I'm the one who needs to go and execute it," he added.
Rice is a key player for both Arsenal and England, and he's confident in his abilities.
"When you have confidence in football, you feel unstoppable at times," Rice said.
"I ended the season strongly last year, and I've picked up my form this season," he added.
Rice feels strong, fit, and confident in his game, and he's hoping for success with both England and Arsenal.
"Hopefully, the only way is up from here," he said.
